In honor of International Women's Month, we invite you to join us for a tour of the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina on Thursday, March 20th from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM.
This special event will highlight the many ways hunger impacts women. Come learn more about the crucial role we all must play to help break down barriers and narrow the gender hunger gap in our communities.
During the tour, you will: • Learn about the challenges faced by women and children experiencing hunger. • Witness firsthand the dedication of our staff and amazing volunteers working together to support women and families. • Discover how the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina empowers women through our various initiatives. • Hear stories of resilience and hope from those we serve. • Gain insight on exciting and additional ways you can get involved. Light refreshments will be served after the tour where we’ll have the opportunity to network, ask questions and grow in community! We look forward to sharing this meaningful experience with you.
